Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TROIS MERCIS S.à r.l.-S (Media Relations Luxembourg) handles personal data collected through mediarelations.lu, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller

TROIS MERCIS S.à r.l.-S, 48 rue Sainte Zithe, L-2763 Luxembourg. Contact: hello [at] mediarelations.lu.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), phone number (optional, or required if you ask for a call back) and, if you ask for a call back, your preferred date and time slots, the service you are interested in and your message. We use this information only to reply to you or call you back and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. (United States), and forwarded to our mailbox. For these transfers, Netlify relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses included in its data processing agreement.

Booking a call

Appointments are booked through Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States). The booking calendar is only loaded when you click the booking button. Calendly then processes the details you enter (name, email address, time slot) under its own privacy policy, available on calendly.com.

Video and phone calls

Video calls take place on Google Meet (Google). During video or phone calls, notes may be taken with an automated note-taking tool (Calendly Notetaker), only with the agreement of the participants. You can refuse at any time; the call then continues without the tool. These notes are used only to follow up on our discussion.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not use advertising cookies or audience tracking tools. Calendly may set its own cookies once you open the booking calendar.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are hosted on our own server. No data is sent to Google or any other font provider.

Retention

We keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than three years after our last contact, unless a contractual relationship requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello [at] mediarelations.lu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD, cnpd.public.lu).
